Orders and Shipping
We ship all over the World from our office in Warsaw, Poland. We use courier services via DPD and FedEx or express service via DHL. Orders are being shipped within 2 working days.  


EU 
- Standard - DPD (3-5 days) €12
- Express DHL - (1-2 working days) €30 
Standard shipping orders are dispatched via DPD Classic Service with delivery within 3-5 working days. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed. Express (1-2 days ) option is also available. The shipping is FREE for orders over €180 - DPD (3-5 days).


United Kingdom
-UK Standard - Fedex (2-5 days)  £15
- UK Express - DHL (1-3 working days) £25.00
Standard shipping orders to United Kingdom are dispatched via FedEx Standard Service with delivery within 2-5 working days. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed. Express DHL  (1-2 days ) service is also available. Shipping is FREE for orders over £160  Standard - FedEx ( 2-5 days).


Japan, USA, Rest of the World - International - FedEx (3-7 days) $27, £20, €18

Standard shipping orders are dispatched via FedEx International Service with delivery within 2-4 working days. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed. Shipping is FREE for orders over £200 FedEx (3-7 days)


Poland - Standard - DPD (1-2 days)  20PLN
Shipping to Poland is free for orders over 500PLN. Orders are shipped via DPD Service with delivery within 1-2 working days. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed.

You can also, collect your order from our store in Warsaw.

 

DSTR

Cassette tapes, vinyl, books. Orders are shipped by Polish Post (5-14 days) Anywhere in the World £5, Poland £2

Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • In order to deliver your goods at the most affordable fee we use multiple courier services depending on your destination. We use standard shipping service or express on request.
  • If you are experiencing delays with your order, or you haven’t received the tracking number please contact us at info@dreamlandsyndicate.com
  • International orders might be a subject to custom procedures, which can delay the delivery or impose import tax. Please contact your local customs office for more info.
Returns
You can return items if in unused condition. Just please make sure to let us know about it at info@dreamlandsyndicate.com within 14 days of receipt.
  • We do not cover the return shipping
  • please make sure the return is well packaged
  • we strongly advice to use a shipping service that provides a proof of dispatch or tracking
