Signals/Echoes Lookbook
‘Signals from the Future and Echoes of the Past’ is a poem we printed and pasted on the streets of Warsaw, Poland. ‘Signals and Echoes’ could be a manifesto or a broadcast, but is neither of them - it is an exploration of possible futures and symbolic transformations. Explored in the collection are themes of leisure and idleness contradicted with work/industrial automatisation that runs our urban lives.
The Made in Warsaw series is our resistance to fast fashion as well as utilitarianism. The pink corduroy shorts suit is the kind of workwear you wouldn’t be allowed to wear to work. A palette of greys and browns was used to explore the relationship between nature and technology especially visible in the ultimate urban camouflage print - the Eye Web.
