Orders and Shipping
We ship all over the World from our office in Warsaw, Poland. We use courier services via DPD and FedEx (both Economy and Priority). Orders are being shipped within 2 working days.
European Union
- Standard - DPD (3-5 days) €20
- Express - FedEx Priority (1-2 working days) €35
Standard shipping orders are dispatched via DPD Classic Service with delivery within 3-5 working days. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed.
Express service via FedEx Priority (1-2 days) option is also available.
The shipping is FREE for orders over €140 - DPD (3-5 days).
United Kingdom
- Standard - Fedex (3-5 days) €20
- Express - FedEx Priority (1-2 days) €35
Standard shipping orders to United Kingdom are dispatched via FedEx Service with delivery within 3-5 working days. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed.

USA and Canada

Shipping is FREE for orders over €170 FedEx (3-5 days).

Poland
- Standard - DPD (1-2 days) €5 (20 PLN)
- Free Pick-up - at Serwis Warszawa
Orders are shipped via DPD Service with delivery within 1-2 working days. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed.
Shipping to Poland is free for orders over €80 (340 PLN).
Free Personal Pick-up is available at our stockist in Warsaw - Serwis store is located in the very center of the city on Nowy Świat 41a (entrance from Tuwima), 00-042 Warsaw.
DSTR - Dreamland Syndicate Tapes & Records (and Books)
Cassette tapes, vinyl and books. Orders from this category are shipped by Polish Post (3-15 days) - Anywhere in the World €10, Poland €2.50. Order confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent shortly after your order is processed.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
- In order to deliver your goods at the most affordable fee we use multiple courier services depending on your destination. We use standard shipping service or express on request.
- If you are experiencing delays with your order, or you haven’t received the tracking number please contact us at info@dreamlandsyndicate.com
- International orders might be a subject to custom procedures, which can delay the delivery or impose import tax. Please contact your local customs office for more info.
Returns
You can return items if in unused condition. Just please make sure to let us know about it at info@dreamlandsyndicate.com within 14 days of receipt.
- We do not cover the return shipping
- please make sure the return is well packaged
- we strongly advice to use a shipping service that provides a proof of dispatch or tracking
