Hotmom - Stupid Vegan Band Tape - CR fundraiser

DSTR is proudly presenting HOTMOM - Stupid Vegan Band a limited edition cassette tape by Austin punx. 

Any money made from this project will be directed towards mutual aid and bail funds atm in solidarity with the de - colonisation and BLM movement. The band have chosen Critical Resistance.

Critical Resistance is an advocacy and educational organization whose founder, Ruth Wilson Gilmore, is a long time prison abolitionist from California (the heart of the Prison Industrial Complex). They have been advocating for halting prison construction and also educating people about the oppressive nature of the PIC for decades! Her book, Golden Gulag, forever changes perspective on prisons/policing and exposes how these systems actually perpetuate crime and poverty among POC and low socioeconomic communities rather than keep us safe.
